Refund policy

At AUERCO, we stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at hello@auercoleather.com with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
